STOKESLEY Society will be delving into a range of topics over the next few months.
The open meetings take place at Stokesley Town Hall at 7.30pm and tea and biscuits are provided. Entry is 1 and all are welcome.
On Monday, January 26, Doug Worton will give an illustrated talk on James Cook's early life and his first voyage to the South Pacific.
An illustrated talk by Barry Harrison entitled the Rise and Fall of the Port of Yarm will then be given on Monday, February 23.
And the Geology and Industry of the North Yorkshire Coast will be discussed by Dr Denis Goldring on Monday March 23.
