A SERIES of Health Environment Safety Security days is being held in Middlesbrough.
Around 20 agencies will be on hand to offer people a range of advice and information on everything from climate change and how to reduce their carbon footprint to quitting smoking.
The aim is to provide all the information on health, environment, safety and security people require.
If residents' questions can't be answered on the day, an answer will be sent to the resident within a few days.
Organisations taking part include Independent Living for Older People (ILOP), Age Concern, Per Temps, Fire Brigade, Trading Standards, Safer Communities, Fairtrade and many more.
There will also be information on sports and recreation, gardening clubs, waste and recycling, neighbourhood watch and home insulation grants.
Entry is free and visitors can have a free Indian head massage and pot up crocus bulbs and pansies with the help of TV gardening expert, Simon Cross.
The HESS days will be held from 11am to 4pm at the following locations:
Tomorrow at Easterside in the Sure Start Building and St Agnes' Church Hall, Broughton Avenue.
On November 6 at St Timothy's Church Hall, Hemlington Shopping Square.
On November 19 at Southlands Centre, Pallister Park.
