Joanne Tate riding Bailey is the double champion of the Summer Dressage series hosted by The Riding for the Disabled Association's Unicorn Centre based at Hemlington, near Middlesbrough.

Joanne fought off stiff competition to win both the Prelim and Novice competitions in the series which has been running monthly since April. The reserve champion of the Prelim competition was Charlotte Robinson riding Lottie, pictured above Summer Dressage Winners.
The Unicorn Centre runs Summer and Winter dressage competitions to raise funds for the Centre.
Centre Manager Claire Pitt said, "The series attract a large number of competitors from across the region. They appreciate the superb facilities we have on offer, particularly the excellent riding surface.
It gives riders a chance to compete with their novice horses in a top-class environment.
The Winter series starts 28 October, and we're looking forward to seeing our regulars, and hopefully, some new faces."
