When I started doing my chocolate, truffles, fudge and gifts, I had to ring around to get details of Craft Fairs I could attend. Now, I get so many invitations, my diary fills up and sometimes I have to turn people down.
Just shows though, if you're willing to give it a go, have a good product and work hard to get it out there, - people will want you to come again and customers will want what you make. The biggest thrill to me is returning customers, excited to see me (well, i'm kidding myself, - excited to see my truffles and chocolates again!).
Also, apart from the customers, I get to meet lots of other lovely people too; other crafters, the organisers of the events. We all get to know each other better after each meet, and can help each other with news of other suitable events.

Sunday, 17th, - NORTH YORKSHIRE Show at South Otterington, ne Northallerton.
Tuesday, 19th - ASCOT Day at Guisborough Hall (again)
Wed & Thur, 20 and 21st - Helmsley
Sat & Sun, 23 and 24 - Preston Hall

Hello Tracy, I have recently started my own business selling jewellery, gifts and hampers from my website, and at parties, but I am also doing a few craft fairs too. Not wanting to appear cheeky, but I would appreciate some help sourcing fair events. I need to fill my diary and as yours is already full, maybe you wouldn't mind helping me. I wouldn't mind seeing your truffles too as I am looking for special sweets etc for my hampers.
