TEESSIDE Athletic Under-10s completed a four-timer at the South Park Rangers Tournament.

Linda Phillips from the club told Grassroots that they won their age group with a 2-0 victory over Redcar Town in the final and now have four trophies to celebrate in what has been a memorable season.
“At South Park, Teesside finished second in the group stages, guaranteeing a semi-final spot, said Linda.
“In the semis they played hosts South Park Rangers, and goals from Roberts and Jones secured a place in the final.
“The final was a derby game against local rivals Redcar Town.
“Teesside were out of the blocks quickly, putting Redcar under pressure in the early stages.
“They were rewarded with an opening goal from Seaman mid-way through the first half.
“The second period was a closer affair.
“Redcar were more determined and put Teesside on the back foot with some enterprising football.
“However it was Teesside who had the last word with a goal in the dying moments.
“Roberts floated a corner into the penalty area for Callum Jones to bullet a header into the corner of the net - 2-0 to Teesside and another piece of silverware which makes it a triumphant four titles for the season.
