A TEENAGER has success at her feet after winning a string of dance titles.
Georgia Percival, 13, from Normanby, has won five dancing competitions in under six months.
And she has her eyes on capturing even more titles and carving out a career as a dancer.
Georgia captured her latest title after winning the North East Junior Tap and Modern Championships.
Since last October Georgia has also won the Cleveland Junior Modern Championship, All England Junior Tap Championship, the North East Junior Ballet Championship, and All England Junior Ballet.
Dancing runs in Georgia’s family as mum Lorraine Percival runs the Maloney Stage School in Middlesbrough and sister Zoe Gappy has made it professionally appearing in Sinatra at London Palladium last year and in Dirty Dancing this year.
Lorraine said: “I am very proud of Georgia, she’s done really well in such a short time winning five championships in six months. She works really hard and she’s following in her sister’s footsteps.
“She’s been dancing for 10 years and has won nine infants’ championships as well.�
Georgia said: “It’s really good to win the championships and really exciting. I love doing them and I like dancing. I’d like to be a dancer when I’m older.�
