A GROUP of supporters helping make life easier for disabled young people and their parents needs your help.

The Friends of Gleneagles (FROGS) tirelessly works to raise cash to bring something extra to the lives of those who make use of the council-run Gleneagles Resource Centre in Middlesbrough, pictured above Janet Hines and Mary Williams of the Gleneagles Resource Centre, Middlesbrough.
FROGS was formed in 1998 and raised cash to buy a minibus in 2000 - now nearing the end of its life. It has also raised cash to help create a garden, provided days out and bought toys and equipment for the centre which provides respite care for its young people.
Family fun events are also a major part of its efforts.
Resource worker Jackie Culley said: "The centre provides respite care for children with disabilities.
"They can also come for overnight or weekend stays. They can also come for tea after school, day car and during the school holidays. They love coming here."
The group has now signed up to the Gazette Wish Campaign to raise funds towards replacing its minibus and maintaining the other support it gives.
The Evening Gazette has joined with the Tees Valley Community Foundation for this year's Wish campaign which will see a £30,000 cashpot shared between community groups across the area.
Tokens are being printed every day in the Evening Gazette until tomorrow. The cash will be divided by the number of tokens collected - the bigger the share of tokens, the bigger the share of cash.
To help FROGs send your tokens to: Andrea Hall, 31-43 Gleneagles Road, Saltersgill, Middlesbrough, TS4 3JE.
