CLEVELAND Juniors Under-16s hosted Billingham Town in their latest fixture.
After only five minutes a long throw in eluded all of Clevo's defence and left Anthony Bell with a simple tap-in.
Clevo, looking for their first win of the season battled hard, testing the Billingham defence with Wheatley and Vaulks both going close.
But they couldn't beat Lewis Bennet in the Billingham goal who was in outstanding form.
Billingham then got their second with a well taken strike from Scott Rowntree to establish a 2-0 half time lead.
Jaffa Brown was having his usual solid game in the heart of Clevo's defence.
And when he found Paul Vaulks with a tremendous through ball, he made no mistake as he put his shot into the far corner of the net.
It was all out attack from Clevo as they went in search of an equaliser, James Wheatley went close with a cheeky back heel.
James Harrison then thought he had made it all square but somehow his shot was blocked on the goal line.
Billingham then made the points safe when Kieron Longstaff tricked his way through and fired into the bottom corner to seal a 3-1 win.
